Each Class is led by Sarah Currier and hand-crafted to boost your fitness performance in 3 powerhouse sessions.

  • Dynamic Movement Interval Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Weight lifting and Cardiovascular Training included. Must wear running shoes/sneakers.
  • Every session will be different and a total surprise every week!!!
  • 3 weeks will be 75 minute classes
