About the Practitioner

With the support of bolsters, blocks and blankets, Jennifer Levin-Gerber, RYT-200 and Certified Restorative Yoga (level 2 and working on 300 hour yoga therapy training), will gently position you into varying restorative postures that allow muscular tension to release at a deep level.

You’ll trust and release in the support of the props and melt into Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) and Ashunya (the non - empty state of self-awareness); allowing a state of calm, peace, healing and deep relaxation.
