Barre Pilates Fusion is a combination of Barre and Pilates. This class offers a great workout for all muscle groups with a special emphasis on leg and core strength during mat floor work.  We use a variety of props including resistance bands, "magic circles" and foam rollers to help you strengthen your center, lengthen the spine, build muscle tone and increase flexibility.  Stretching between sections and a deep stretch at the end of class will leave you feeling relaxed and assist in muscle recovery.  All levels welcome!
